Question : How Do I Change/Cancel My Order?

  Answer: Please contact the PerfumesLuxury.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that we ship orders within 24 hours after payment is placed and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Question : Where Can I Find The Status Of My Order?

  Answer: After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top left corner of every page of PerfumesLuxury.com. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

  Answer: Currently we offer 2 types of payments :

  Answer: Almost all our items are shipped from Hauppauge, NY.

Question 2: Do You Ship Internationaly?

  Answer: Yes we ship worldwide except :

- African countries, Qatar. Jordan, Korea, Palestine, Turkey, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, China, Syria, Romania

 

Question : I Received A Wrong, Defective Or Broken IItem, What Can I Do?

  Answer: In all situation, we may require the item to be returned, or a photo of the damage, or we may send prepaid return shipping labels.

  1. If the broken or defective item is over 50$ your cost, please email us HERE a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise the item has to be returned to us before before we can issue a refund or exchange.  
  2. If the broken or defective item is below 50$ your cost, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund or item exchange.

  Answer: Shipping to USA is Free On Orders Over 60$, otherwise it cost only 5.95$ Shipping worlwide fees varie depending on each country and on the weight and the number of items in your cart.

  Answer: We usually ship your order within 24h

Question 2: How long will it be before I receive my order?

  Answer: you should receive your order within 3-7 business days by standard shipping for US customers.

International shipping takes between 7 to 21 days.
Please allow additional time during holidays time. Delivery delays can occur also due to weather

Question 1 : By Which Shipping Carrier Will I Receive My Order?

  Answer: Almost all our items are shipped via USPS First class Packaging, UPS, or Fedex. We will choose the best method given the details of the order.

Question 2 : Will I Have To Sign For My Package ?

  Answer: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion

Question 1: I want to test the VIP Membership, is there any Free trial period?

  Answer: Yes we offer 7 days Free Trial Period. You'll not be charged if you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.
